Welcome To The Coro
The Coro is nestled between Park road and Cribb Street in Milton and is just 10 minutes from Brisbane CBD and walking distance to Suncorp Stadium. The Coro is home to a collection of diverse yet complimentary spaces including: The Patio Café, The Lounge Bar, The Wine Store, Function Room.
We are currently operating as a café and function centre since the sad closure of the Lure Seafood Restaurant in early 2014.
About Us
The original Coro was designed in 1964 and was the tallest building in the Milton precinct for many years. When the venue first opened it was one of the most fashionable venues in Brisbane and was the first motel issued with a residential liquor license in 1970. The original motel was demolished in 2002 and the new Coro Hotel was up and running by the end of 2004.
Within The Coro operates The Patio Cafe on the ground level which offers eat in and take away food and drinks. Also within The Coro is the function centre. We cater for day meetings/seminars or sit down dinners/presentations and stand up cocktail styled events.
We understand that most of our customers are on tight time frames and we pride ourselves on ensuring guests are looked after within the timeframes of their lunchbreaks.

The Patio Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch Monday to Friday from 7am to late.
Car Park
3 level secure underground car park is free for patrons dining in or attending functions; otherwise The Coro offers casual daily parking for $15 per day.
